Product Description
Diaphragm pressure gauge is mainly used to measure the pressure of fluid medium in the production process of petrochemical, alkali making, chemical fiber, dyeing, pharmaceutical, food, health system and alkali making industries.
Appliaction
The meter is suitable for measuring the medium pressure of strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy solidification and solid plankton. It is also suitable for the occasions where the measuring medium must be prevented from directly entering the general pressure instrument and the sediment accumulation must be prevented and easy to clean.
Structure Principle
The diaphragm pressure gauge consists of diaphragm isolator and universal pressure instrument. The connection between diaphragm pressure gauge and equipment mainly includes threaded connection, flange connection and sanitary clamp type
When the pressure P of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid of the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument to form a pressure of P - △ P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough, the △ P is also small, and the pressure formed by the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument is close to the pressure of the measuring medium.
